Whether software vendors need a rebuild and a new strategy or build on top of what is already there, I’m here to drive scale through Ecosystems, channels, and alliances. ‘Wait? Isn’t that all the same?’ - you may ask, and the answer is ‘no.’ Ecosystems are all types of ‘partnerships’ surrounding you as a vendor (you run on, connect to, integrate with, sell with, or through); partnerships are the ones you build intentionally with the target of driving scale and being meaningful to each other, essentially building a #bettertogether story.
